Frequently asked questions
Answers for parents about lessons, teachers, schedules and privacy.
What ages and grades do you teach?
G2E Tutors works with students aged 5 to 18, from kindergarten through 12th grade, in math, reading, phonics, science, SAT/ACT prep and homework help.
Who are the teachers?
Our teachers are experienced educators based in India, many with a decade or more of classroom and tutoring experience. Each family is matched with a teacher who suits the child's grade, subject and learning style.
Are lessons one-on-one?
Yes. Every lesson is 1-on-1 so your child gets full attention and a pace that suits them.
How does the time difference work?
Teachers in India are available during US evenings, early mornings and weekends, so lessons fit around school and activities. Choose your preferred time in the enrollment form and we will confirm a schedule.
What do we need to get started?
A computer or tablet, a stable internet connection, and a webcam and microphone. Your advisor will share the lesson link before the first session.
Is the first lesson really free?
Yes. Book a free trial lesson so your child can meet a teacher and see how sessions work, with no payment needed to try it.
How long are sessions and how often?
This depends on your child's grade and goals. Your advisor will recommend a session length and weekly schedule after the trial and you can adjust it as your child progresses.
What if my child does not click with the teacher?
Tell us and we will match your child with a different teacher at no extra cost.
Can you help with SAT and ACT preparation?
Yes. Our test-prep program covers timed practice, score tracking and strategy for the SAT and ACT. We cannot guarantee specific scores, but we build a plan around your child's target.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Families can adjust or stop lessons with reasonable notice. Full scheduling and cancellation details are confirmed when you enroll.
How do you protect my child's information?
We collect only the details needed to arrange lessons, and we collect them from parents or guardians. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 765 IL-83 Ste 104, Bensenville, IL 60106. Call +1 630-501-1924 or use the enrollment form.
